How do I get started?
Click “Book a Call” or “Start Your 409a” anywhere on the site to open our request form, choose the service you need, and pick a 45-minute time slot. That call is your mandatory management discussion – the first step for every new engagement.
Is there a client portal or login?
Not currently. Every engagement starts with a booked call and mandatory management discussion, followed by secure document sharing directly with your analyst.
Where is val409a based?
We have five offices – Gurugram, India; Victoria, Australia; Dubai, UAE; Austin, US; and Zurich, Switzerland – and serve clients globally, including non-US companies with US-citizen team members.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes – cross-border compliance, including 409a obligations for non-US companies employing US citizens or US tax residents, is one of our core specialties.
Who will actually work on my valuation?
A named CFA- or CVA-credentialed analyst, who is also your direct point of contact throughout, with a partner reviewing the work before final delivery. Our analysts have delivered 2,000+ valuations between them, including 800+ 409a valuations.
How is your pricing structured?
